Making money by filling out surveys! Ideal for starter cash, for other projects.

Making money by filling out surveys

This is the start of part 2 of making money online. In this Blog post we will talk about making money from completing surveys, what a survey is, why people pay for surveys to be completed and where you can get paid to complete surveys.

What is a Survey?

A Survey is an important tool in public opinion research. If you get a representative number of people to answer the same question or questions then you can make a judgment of what most people think. This information can be used to plot trends & changes in public perception. They are also used by companies for collecting data and information about potential clients who they can then hopefully turn into a new sale.

Why do we get paid for doing surveys?

As previously stated one of the main reasons for companies to have surveys filled out is to gain potential new customers to purchase their product.

How much can I earn from filling surveys out?

Well the amount varies from survey to survey, from $0.50 right up to over $15 though the ones who offer a higher reward also require more effort in filling them out, and sometimes required to even buy something or subscribe to stuff. As a rule of thumb a survey with a value of $1 will usually take around 5-15 minutes to fill in, or even less if you use automated software.

Some tips for filling out surveys:

Be prepared.

Surveyors are commonly only after specific kinds of people, so sometimes there may not be many surveys for you to complete, likewise though you might have an awful lot that you can complete.

Don’t Lie.

It is a common practice for the company whose survey you have just filled in, to have the data checked against your profile on the survey website and against other surveys you have completed.

It takes time

Don't feel disheartened if you aren't earning enough of money as you would have liked! In our opinion filling out surveys is only really good for generating some starting cash to peruse other money making ventures, which will we discuss at a later date.
